The person in this role will lead and manage together with the CMO Direct response marketing strategy (Amazon ads, Google ads, Bing ads, FB ads, IG ads and much more … ) and building establishment process for the backend strategy (building customer sequence via Email/SMS marketing, increasing the repeat customer rate and the customer lifetime value).
This person will help drive top-line revenue growth across multiple channels, this requires someone with massive drive and team player who has innate analytical skills and loves creative problem solving
Requirements:
- Deep familiarity with the eCommerce space (at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing)
- Advanced level data analysis
- Paid Media Understanding and willing to grow knowledge
- Strategic long-term thinker
- Willing to take direction from leadership while also being able to push back and ask the right questions
- Fluent English
- Tech-oriented – while you won’t need to do any type of coding, being tech-savvy is a great advantage.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Working with the CMO to create systems to sustain new growth
- Manage team of PPC analysts
- Thinking about new growth ideas
- Researching and scaling new advertising channels
- Improving our customer backend journey
- Website conversion rate optimization
- Collaborate on creating and executing promotional sales and product launches.
